Customer Service Representative

The Appliance Repair Doctor Customer Representatives make sure that customers’ needs and expectations are completely satisfied.

We’re hiring CSRs with the following skills and experience:

• A pleasant & professional phone presentation
• Ability to calmly handle customer concerns and complaints
• Efficient time management
• Ability to write a short and relevant record of the call.
• Cooperative attitude with team members
• At least two years of customer service work experience

Salary commensurate with experience. Background check required.
